Data Protection
Cookie Policy
1. Current position
This site sets no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. It loads no Google Analytics, advertising pixels or share buttons. That is why you are not shown a consent request: there is nothing to consent to.
Should that change, the consent request will appear on your first visit and this page will list every cookie in use. No non-essential cookie will be set before you allow it.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to recognise it between pages or on later visits. In this policy the term also covers equivalent technologies that store or access information on your device, such as local storage, pixels and tags.
3. Applicable rules
Article 5 of Portuguese Law 41/2004, which implements the ePrivacy Directive, only permits storing or accessing information on your device after obtaining your prior, informed consent, based on clear and complete information. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt. Where personal data is involved, the GDPR also applies.
Hence the principle we follow: refusing must be as easy as accepting, and neither silence nor continued browsing counts as consent.
4. Cookies in use
4.1 Strictly necessary — no consent required
| Cookie | Source | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
feidi_consent |
feidi.pt (first party) | Stores the categories you allowed, the date and the version of this policy. It is only created after you make a choice, and only where non-essential cookies exist on the site. | 6 months |
4.2 Analytics and performance
None. We do not measure audiences.
4.3 Marketing and external content
None. There are no embedded videos, maps or advertising pixels.
5. Server logs
The hosting server automatically logs accesses — IP address, date, page requested and browser type. These are not cookies and do not require consent: they serve security and technical diagnostics under the legitimate interest basis in Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. External web fonts
Under review. Pages load typefaces from Google's servers. No cookies are set this way, but your IP address is transmitted to Google. If the fonts become self-hosted, delete this section.
7. Managing your choices
While the site uses no non-essential cookies there is nothing to manage, and the "Cookie settings" link does not appear in the footer. Once there is, that link is available on every page and lets you change or withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Choices are kept for 6 months, after which we ask again.
You can always block or delete cookies in your browser settings — Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
8. Contact
For the processing of your personal data, see the Privacy Policy or write to geral@feidi.pt. You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD — www.cnpd.pt.
